Suspended and dissolved organic matters are enzymatically degraded into fragments in 48 hours

FADE – Organic matters

The purified organic material, often reactive fragments, can form new and stable compounds, for example natural nutrient salts that are good for the life forms in the surface soil.

The degradation process is very complete under aerobic conditions, normally +85%.

FADE’s aerobic and anaerobic properties are used for nitrification and denitrification as well as speeding up of mineralization of residues.

Typical FADE applications

Pulp & Paper

Digests and prevents bio fouling in processes, reduces dry substance and fibers in effluents, maintains aerobic conditions.

Sewage water

Reduces suspended solids, quick turnover of sludge, low BOD, COD/TOC levels.

Food industry

Reduces suspended solids, quick turnover of sludge, low BOD, COD/TOC levels.

Animal slurries

Turnover of organic contents into nutrients, no emission of ammonia, reduces odor.

Biogas & Bioethanol

Pre-digests organic matters into higher concentrations of accessible substrates for biogas and bioethanol-producing strains, creates anaerobic conditions.

Water treatment

Creates and maintains aerobic and good biological conditions of surface water, groundwater and ponds.

Soil remediation

Digests soil pollutants and absorbs oil spillage.

A broad spectrum of waterborne metal ions binds with high affinity to a solid matrix, i.e. the ions are recovered from the water phase.

Ecological sorbent of emulsified mineral oils, animal and vegetable fats and solvents.
